• Key responsibilities of this role will include though not be limited to
• Utilising your analytical skills to review machine performance with the goal to increase reliability, availability and productivity
• Reviewing recurring issues and working in conjunction with regions and customers to support
• Support the development of analytics and reporting solutions to alleviate machinery issues

• The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for
• 5+ years technical / hands on and troubleshooting experience with Komatsu Electric Wheel Loaders.
• Critical thinking, data analysis and report writing skills.
• Willingness to learn higher level computer skills such as coding, accessing remote databases, use of Power BI, report development etc.
