Are you an experienced Automotive Spray Painter or Panel Beater looking to take the next step in your career? This is your chance to join a highly respected, family-owned and operated truck dealership group at their Head Office in Toowoomba , Queensland.

Our client is a leading name in the truck industry, representing major truck brands across Queensland, New South Wales, and the Northern Territory. Their Toowoomba-based Modification Department is home to a skilled team of around 30 staff, including Technicians, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, and Spray Painters / Panel Beaters.

With a strong reputation and over 25 years of operational history, the business was acquired by our client in 2018 and continues to grow from strength to strength.

About the Role : This full-time position involves spray painting both new and used trucks, as well as a variety of custom modification tasks.

Main Duties :

• Spray painting guard systems
• Refurbishing new and used trucks
• Occasional insurance repairs – panel removal and damage repair
• Sanding, prepping, and priming vehicles and accessories
• Maintenance of spray painting equipment

What We’re Looking For :

• Previous experience in automotive spray painting
• Trade qualification preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
• Manual driver's licence essential (HR / MR licence highly regarded)
• Must have full Australian working rights
