Technical Training Facilitator Technical Project Manager Contentful

As a Technical Training Facilitator you will act in the role of Technical Project Manager (TPM) facilitating structured onboarding and technical enablement programs for enterprise clients. You will manage training sessions using preprepared materials and act as the primary point of coordination during the customer training lifecycle.

Youll work alongside Solution Architects and Engagement Managers to deliver strategic highimpact training engagements for clients adopting the Contentful platform.

This will be a 12month fixedterm contract with opportunity to extend.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Contentful onboarding and training programs.

Deliver presentations and product walkthroughs tailored to developer editorial and admin audiences.

Manage session coordination logistics and followup with support from global teams.

Track project delivery using tools like Certinia and Salesforce.

Collaborate on improving session materials and delivery experience.

Provide insight to internal teams on client engagement outcomes.

Maintain accurate time tracking and documentation throughout engagements.

Qualifications :

5 years experience in technical project management or platform onboarding roles.

Strong communication and presentation skills with clientfacing experience.

Experience with the CMS platform Contentful.

Comfortable working across platforms like Google Workspace Zoom Slack and Miro.

Experience using project tracking and reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce Asana Certinia).

Contentful certification or willingness to obtain it.
