Job Summary Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required Expected salary : $23 - $42 per hour We are looking for a waitstaff to join our team for Friday and Saturday nights.

Minimum of 1 year experience in an equivalent or comparable position is essential.

Award hourly rates, plus weekend penalty rates.

The Venue : We are a two-storey venue in the heart of Kiama, focusing on specialty cocktails, a curated wine list (mostly Australian, with some international options), and a seasonal, locally-sourced food menu centered around family-style dining. It's a place where you can enjoy a quick drink or settle in for a three-course meal with wine.

Open Thursday to Monday from 3pm to 10pm, and until 12am on weekends.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, who loves all aspects of the industry—from product knowledge to service, in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine care for guest experience. A love for good drinks, the ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail are essential.

Wine knowledge is highly valued.

RSA certification is required. Weekend availability is a must.
