You will be busy!Tenure : Full-time and ongoing.Salary – negotiable in the range $75-85k plus superannuation per annumThe duties and responsibilities of the position will include : Recruitment / induction and training / development of employees in line with the Franchisor brand's training requirements – you will lead by example!Creating and managing the staff scheduleChecking in deliveries, order matching and daily bankingPrepare required paperwork in relation to stock and sales.
Prepare employee pay and timesheetsManage cash balances and minimise wastageEnsure 100% compliance in accordance to Franchisor and local Council guidelines (especially health and safety)Perform inventory management and stock control including weekly stock take and reportsAnalyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to improve the businessDirect and undertake housekeeping activities such as maintaining store cleanliness and presentationImplement in store marketing material and POP in line with campaignsEnsure safety procedures are followed to prevent injuryProvide a safe work environment for employees and customersPromote and encourage a high level of customer service amongst employeesHandle unresolved and / or escalated customer complaintsDeliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, enquiries and catering for customer needs.What we're looking for : Appropriate relevant post-secondary qualifications to at least Diploma level or agreed equivalent.At least 1 to 3, or more, years' experience in a customer service food retail environment at supervisory or management levels Proven ability to organize, mentor and provide leadership to staff.Demonstrate a strong customer focus - possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal and work with a diverse range of customers.Solid business acumen and administration skills.Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.Be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines.High computer literacy in EFTPOS and register / POS systems.Possess a full driver's license.Unrestricted rights to work full time in Australia.ApplicationsPlease respond to the recruiters using the facilities on this site, and ensure you attach your updated CV.Kogan People Solutions are grateful for all applications but kindly note that they will only respond to shortlisted applicants.Kogan People Solutions – recruitment excellence
