- About the Role
- The Client Services Officer will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks. From coordinating individualised care plans to facilitating access to essential support services, our dedicated team is committed to enhancing the quality of life and fostering independence for individuals with disabilities.
- Conducting Intake Meetings and Client Service Reviews with NDIS Participants to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Managing the caseload of a team of support workers to uphold service performance standards.
- Facilitating Centre-Based and Community Activities, Social Groups, and skills-building initiatives.
- Overseeing the rostering system, including covering vacant shifts, updating staff availabilities, and matching support workers with participants.
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of relevant documentation for auditing purposes.
- Contributing to social media content creation and assisting with the Quarterly Newsletter.
- Previous experience in the Disability Industry or a related field (Desirable)
- Relevant qualifications : Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Higher Education.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (willing to obtain).
- Blue Card & Yellow Card (willing to obtain).
- Salary
- 32.21 - $35.14 per hour
Expected hours : 37.5 per week
