As a Remedy Community Physiotherapist, you will :

• Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and active interventions for programs in our customers’ homes, including :
• Hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the Home) : Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.
• Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs) : supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.
• Work independently in the community and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in clinical supervision with a designated supervisor.
