    • The Role
    • We are seeking an administration officer who will understand, analyse and deliver on administration obligations across the organisation. This position is a vital administration role supporting multiple functions, some key responsibilities of the role include :

    • Support HR Recruitment with employee compliance in line with fair work legislation, training, company policies, and procedures.
    • Scheduling client services and liaising with support workers.
    • Managing shared inboxes.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Right at Home databases and software programs in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and legislative frameworks.
    • Office administration including fielding calls, printing, filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading documents, client compliance, employee compliance, etc.
    • Answering the phone and client enquiries.
    • About You
    • You will have :

    • Knowledge of the aged care industry / community in-home care, experience in NDIS compliance is preferable
    • Previous experience in community scheduling, compliance officer, administrative support, or front receptionist would be well regarded
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A high level of organisation and attention to detail
    • Willingness to work as part of a small team and be adaptable in your role
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Required to provide a National Criminal History Record (Police Check) that is not more than three years old
    • Required to be vaccinated
    • Full working rights and ability to obtain relevant checks

    • Salary
    • 60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
    • Schedule :

    • 8 hour shift
