Service Administrator

WesTrac are looking for a motivated

• Service Administrator
• to join our growing team.

Based in South Guildford and reporting to the Branch Manager - PSG, this individual will provide comprehensive service administration support to the Product Support Group.

This individual will be responsible for coordinating team rosters, managing the group training matrices, coordinating all required audits (safety, quality CPS and CC) and ensuring quality assurance compliance with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures. They will also coordinate the site mobilisation requirements, ensuring daily timesheets are entered and approved, maintain qualification records are updated and managing training on induction requirements.

• To be successful the following is required
• Highly developed administrative skills previous experience within a similar role
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and manage fluctuating workloads and multiple priorities
• Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
