The incumbent will demonstrate leadership and ensure relevant services are provided in a timely, efficient and customer focussed manner.The CSM will monitor performance against agreed KPIs and take appropriate corrective actions whilst ensuring staff are appropriately trained and provide a quality service to clients.Contribute to the provision of an efficient, effective and competitive Customer Service that meets the needs of SA Pathology and of clients by :Supervising the day-to-day activities of Courier Co-ordinators, Couriers, Consumer Products and support staff.Monitoring workflow, determining priorities and allocating available staff and resources to ensure efficient workflow.About usStatewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
