  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $145,378 - $168,130 + super

  • The role
  • As the Principal Automated Quality Assurance (QA) Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing automated testing strategies for critical digital projects. You will provide technical leadership in automated testing, ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance across various platforms and systems.

    This role requires close collaboration with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to implement best practices in automation, improve testing frameworks, and enhance the overall efficiency of the software development lifecycle. You will also mentor and guide a team of testers, ensuring high standards of quality assurance processes are maintained.

  • What you will bring to the role
  • Extensive experience in leading automated testing strategies and frameworks
  • Strong expertise in test automation tools, scripting languages, and CI / CD pipelines
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor QA teams in automation best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in quality assurance practice management, including automated testing frameworks, tools, or related IT disciplines.
