Maintain the safety and cleanliness of allocated section

• Ensure your section is clear of empty plates, glasses and any un-used crockery.
• Maintain and restock - menus, salt and pepper, cutlery in your allocated section or where needed.
• Clean / wipe down tables and associated areas.
• Ensure the safety of other staff and patrons during service and after leaving.
• Ensuring compliance with RSA laws and company policy
• Customers in your area are well looked after
• Customers are greeted on arrival and in your area
• Customers receive the correct order in an efficient time
• Must be available nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Must have correct visa to work in Australia.
• Must have a valid RSA on them at all times
