Role Responsibilities

Service Development : Manage and grow the service business, focusing on recurring (Preventative Service Agreements) and non-recurring revenue streams, ensuring financial targets are met.

Customer Engagement : Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets their needs and identifying future opportunities.

Growth Strategy : Support the formulation and execution of service growth initiatives.

Team Mentoring : Lead and coordinate the service team, including sales, technicians, and support staff, to ensure operational excellence.

Account Management : Develop and implement strategies targeting specific industries and markets, including contract negotiations and management.

Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of Chiller & HVAC services and products, with engineering or technical qualifications preferred

Proven experience in building successful customer relationships and delivering results

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Networked within the local market, business-minded, proactive, and customer-focused
