• Quality learning and development opportunitiesYour New Role : The Allied Health Clinician (Psychologist) position sits within the School Readiness Allied Health team, providing paediatric allied health capacity-building support to early childhood education and care services within Shepparton and the broader Goulburn region.The School Readiness Allied Health Program is funded by the Department of Education and aims to support kindergarten educators and the families in their centres to build their capacity to assist young children's learning in the areas of wellbeing, communication and access / inclusion.The role will be supported through collaboration with a broader paediatric allied health team consisting of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.As a Psychologist in the School Readiness Allied Health team, you will be responsible for providing allied health support to educators and families in order to build their skills in supporting children's wellbeing through coaching, modelling, group training, case consultations and other discipline-specific services.You Will Be Responsible For :
• Purposefully engage kindergarten educators to identify and support the skill development of children as they prepare for school.
• Provide secondary consultation to kindergartens in the format of coaching across a range of platforms (e.g.

in person, telehealth, email, phone, etc.
