    • Your Role and Responsibilities
    • Key Accountabilities
    • Grow the A / NZ Alliance portfolio footprint
    • Create relationships with the respective stakeholders within our Alliance ecosystem
    • Involved in joint strategic planning with A / NZ Alliance ecosystem players providing assistance through templates and business plans
    • Accountable for the Alliance ecosystem related impact to Kyndryl
    • Accountable for Alliance Governance and an impactive operating rhythm
    • Own and facilitate quarterly / annual performance reviews with the external Strategic alliance (QBR) including Alliance Insights Program
    • Responsible for enablement of Kyndryl on the Alliance Capabilities and Offerings
    • Responsible for reporting on individual alliance to Kyndryl Head of Alliances (A / NZ)
    • Works with Practice Leaders, Legal, Risk, Consulting and Marketing across the Alliance ecosystem
    • Link to specific global alliance initiatives, where appropriate (includes bringing relevant global to local and pushing local to global)
    • Timely escalation of issues and conflicts
    • Responsible for the development of joint value propositions and IP Co-sell initiatives
    • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Must have an Undergraduate Degree (management and / or technical)
    • Minimum of 3 years in managing an Alliance
    • Previous experience in managing a Microsoft Alliance is preferable
    • Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
    • same as above
    • Required Education
    • Bachelor's Degree
