2-4yr PAE Construction Litigation Lawyer | Team with good staff tenure creating a close and collaborative team | Progression is merit based with close contact with the Partners |Diverse work across 5 industry sectors The Role Our client is seeking a motivated and capable lawyer with 2-4 years' post-admission experience to join their Building, Construction & Infrastructure team in Brisbane , working closely with the 2 Partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, advising on complex back-end construction matters and disputes tied to some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects.

Your day to day duties will encompass : providing advice on construction contracts; managing litigation, arbitration and adjudication from start to finish; working on claims and disputes arising out of major infrastructure projects; advising on legislation impacting the construction industry.

About You The ideal candidate for this Construction Litigation Lawyer role will have : 2-4 years PAE in construction law or general litigation.

Strong drafting skills; A commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

Excellent file management, organisational and client service skills.
