We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical assistance to our employees and customers.
- Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Contribute to IT projects aimed at improving efficiency and functionality.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide effective solutions.
- Perform digital marketing to customers alongside with the team
- Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and / or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- 52,285.10 - $96,855.22 per year
