The RoleThis position is a full-time position for an ambitious and energetic Regional Sales / Partner Manager with a background in Government / Defence / Intelligence and partner management to help us expand our business across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. You will report to the VP GM Sales - APAC and help drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and partners across the Asia Pacific Region.
- Duties and essential job functions
This job requires the following duties and tasks :
- Develop and execute strategies to deliver revenue growth and customer / partner satisfaction for archTIS' products, solutions and consulting services.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and channel partners to identify, validate, progress and close complex sales.
- Establish effective sales strategies and tactics that result in new or expanded account business generation for archTIS and our partners.
- Identify sales growth opportunities using consultative selling techniques.
- Work closely with other staff to coordinate EOIs, RFPs, product demonstrations, legal contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage the archTIS portfolio of customers and partners across sales and service.
- Act as the customer's single point of contact.
- Develop a trust advisory status with our customers and partners.
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to customer's sales and service requirements.
- Undertake lead generation activities which include virtual prospecting and face-to-face meetings.
- Participate in demand generation activities in conjunction with the marketing team (e.g. trade shows).
- Prepare sales forecasts, and pipeline reports for the VP GM Sales.
- Keep the Sales CRM database up to date by recording and monitoring sales opportunities and activities.

- Qualifications & Skills
- REQUIRED : _
- Record of success in sales and service within government and commercial environments, preferably in a technology-related industry (2 years minimum).
- Proven track record in meeting sales quotas and / or winning tenders.
- Well-developed advisory and consultative selling techniques.
- Experience presenting technical products and solutions to customers relevant to their industry and challenges.
- Knowledge of diverse IT roles and responsibilities, and the ability to tailor messaging and value propositions for those roles.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM and Sales Management tools such as Dynamics, Hubspot or Salesforce.
- Occasional interstate and possible international travel as required.
