You will be responsible for leading a small team and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and adherence to specifications. Promoting a positive team culture and delivering stakeholder satisfaction are key responsibilities.

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or aspiration to advance into this role
• Experience in subdivisions, including bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils, and roadworks
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Capability to deliver projects to specified outcomes
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
• Current Driver’s License
• Plant machinery tickets are highly regarded
• Commitment to quality and safety standards
