The Opportunity

The Role

This is a Fixed Term Contract until July 2028, based in our Malvern office.

Responsibilities

Support on-ground implementation of relationship-based strategies with clients, carers, and staff

Collaborate with peers to develop aged care staff and carer skills in dementia support

Implement and support plans through modelling and coaching techniques

Facilitate brokerage items with clients and carers, seeking guidance as needed

Requirements

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Commitment to excellent customer service and conflict resolution

Current driver's license and safe driving record

Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate

Qualification in Allied Health, Diversional Therapy, Enrolled Nursing, Aged Care, or similar (highly desirable)
