With double-digit growth, a recent international acquisition and an ongoing focus on automation, this is a fast-paced and commercially focused organisation.

The finance team plays a key role in driving business performance, partnering closely with leadership and shaping decision-making across the group.About the role : Sitting in a high-performing FP&A team, this is a role that will give you access to sales and marketing leaders, involvement in strategic planning, and a front-row seat to M&A modelling and business change.Your remit will include : Business partnering across sales and marketing to support performance, forecasting and financial educationSupporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, with exposure to key stakeholders and decision-makersProcess improvement and system refinement, especially across CRM, GL and data flowHelping shape conversations around the business through automation and smart modellingAd hoc commercial modelling and scenario planning, including for future acquisitionsThis isn't a role where you'll be boxed into the reporting cycle.

You'll be part of a dynamic team with a strong voice in the business and genuine visibility across operations.About You : You're CA qualified, technically strong, and have already made the move (or are ready to) into a more commercially facing role.

You're comfortable working autonomously, keen to solve problems, and able to flex across projects and stakeholders.
