About the Role :
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working alongside a dedicated team of Customer Service Officers your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer orders and general enquiries are actioned and processed according to our Customer Service standards and procedures.
Skills And Experiences
About You :
We are looking for a friendly enthusiastic and selfmotivated individual with a strong appreciation of customer service. The successful applicant will have a high level of computer literacy demonstrated ability to use initiative and work without direct supervision and excellent communication skills verbal written interpersonal negotiation. Someone with the ability to work effectively under pressure when required and has developed analytical and problemsolving skills.
