Job DescriptionAbility Action Australia is currently experiencing significant growth and we are seeking experienced individuals to step into our Concierge Team. As part of our Concierge team you will provide on the ground support to internal and external stakeholders, and are responsible for providing a positive and proactive service to all... from initial query, to service delivery, to supporting NDIS participants get more out of life today!
You are passionate, driven to succeed and thrive on customer service, and have the ability to build and develop good working relationships. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while continuing to provide strong customer service will be the key to your success in this role.
On a daily basis, you willEfficiently and effectively allocate referrals to ensure that NDIS participants are provided appropriate services promptlyWork closely with all NDIS stakeholders to convert enquiries to referrals whilst maintaining exceptional customer serviceProvide guidance, support and advice to Participants and others regarding our services and the broader schemeWork collaboratively with operational staff and leaders to ensure a positive intake and service delivery experienceManage new and existing funding requests to ensure NDIS funds are available for serviceProvide high quality and individually tailored advice to participants who are navigating the NDISEnsure robust case management activity with all activity entered into the system, ensuring all progress, plans, communications and interactions with participants and stakeholders are clearly documentedA sound understanding of person-centered thinking, the principles of the NDIS and the National Disability Service Standards, with experience working within the NDIS and / or disability sectorExperience in an intake or similar role (desirable)Case management or related experienceExceptional customer engagement skills and experience, delivering high quality, individually tailored serviceHighly developed communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently, set own priorities, work to targets and respond to a changing environmentAbility to understand and work within prescribed systems and proceduresAdditional Information
