The Position
- Plan, supervise, monitor and lead your culinary team
- Bring creativity, passion and innovation for the highest food standards
- Up to date knowledge of on trend menu styles and food trends.
- The ability to work across Café, functions and events.
- Successfully managing, mentoring and developing a kitchen team including chefs, kitchen hands, cooks and logistics.
- Deliver to our client and customer high expectations of a premium experience
- Controlling stock, labour budgets, operating within strict budgetary constraints
- Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
- Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass food safety program.
