What you’ll be responsible for
- Support daily team operations and ensure all work meets contracts, KPIs, and compliance rules.
- Build strong relationships with claimants, adjusters, therapists, and trades to help resolve claims fairly.
- Review policies, inspect properties, and prepare accurate project quotes within budget and deadlines.
- Manage resources, coordinate trades, and work with others to deliver quality projects smoothly.
- Identify risks, report incidents, provide first aid, and follow all safety regulations.
