Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders) to produce parts to specifications.Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment.Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.Continuously improve machining processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas) is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
