Our client are a values-based technology business with integrity at its core, on a mission to improve training and assessment outcomes for deskless workplaces, which power 80% of our economy. Their clients include major organizations in transport, rail, and hospitality sectors, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities : Prospect and qualify prospective clients.Develop new business opportunities through phone and face-to-face meetings.Build and manage a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.Build rapport and relationships with target customers.Identify customer challenges and problems.Deliver sales presentations to senior management, tailoring solutions to each client.Become a subject matter expert for clients, helping them on key market trends and challenges.Successfully work in a targeted environment, ensuring minimum expectations are achieved and exceeded on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.About You : 1-2 years of experience in new business development selling SaaS solutions into HR and operational leaders, managing the full sales cycle.Desire and energy to transform inefficient workplace learning environments.Experience selling software solutions into complex environments.Proven ability to build a qualified sales pipeline.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to deliver relationships across a range of decision-makers.Confident, hardworking, and adaptable to the needs of the environment.Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.Join our dynamic team and help us transform people's working lives and business outcomes.
