The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Commercial Analyst to support operational leaders with commercial insights, enhance financial processes, and influence strategic decisions. Reporting to the GM – Finance, you’ll be embedded in the business, driving performance and partnering cross-functionally to deliver mission-aligned outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver month-end reporting and insights using Power BI
• Analyse P&L, margins, and service metrics to improve efficiency
• Partner with operations to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Integrate internal / external data to inform market and strategic insights
• Support financial systems improvements and data validation processes
• Foster a collaborative finance culture across teams

About You

You’re a qualified (CA / CPA) finance professional with :

• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering skills
• Advanced Power BI or data visualisation experience
• Excellent communication—able to simplify complex financials
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with high attention to detail
• Alignment to purpose-driven work and collaborative values

Bonus Skills

• Experience in service-based industries (or an interest to learn)
• Strategic use of external data or market insights
