Job description

Within a well-established state of the art dealership 1.5 hours north-east of Perth.

For an experienced Automotive Technician, light vehicle Mechanic, Service Technician, or Vehicle Maintenance Specialist interested in ensuring the efficient servicing, repairs, and warranty work on a range of vehicles, including Mazdas, Holdens, and some Suzukis.

Requires being up to date and comfortable with technical diagnosis
Salary guide : $45 -50 ph
Northam & Wheatbelt Areas, Western Australia

A normal day includes

Supervising and coaching apprentices, including 3rd-year, 2nd-year, and 1st-year trainees.

Perform general repairs and maintenance on all models of Holden and Mazda vehicles.

Carry out major overhauls and engine replacements when required.

Liaise with management on repair and maintenance requirements.

Occasionally work on insurance-related repairs.

You'll need

Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic

Proficiency in repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicle models

Ability to carry out major overhauls and engine replacements

Strong communication skills for liaising with management and clients

Supervisory experience for coaching apprentices
