• have recently gained partnership with one of Perth's growing Construction contractors, due to continued company growth they have asked us to recruit for an experienced
• Site Supervisor
• The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the Project Manager and joining our clients existing Operations Team to work on a range of projects across the Perth Metro Area.
• Your responsibilities may include
• Conduct inductions for new subcontractors and site employees.
• Keep the Site Manager up to date with project progress and programme reports.
• Day-to-day management of subcontractors and site employees to optimise project results.
• Establish the site in coordination with all relevant WHS requirements and established workplace rules.
• Liaise with security personnel, safety representatives and the client to resolve any potential construction related issues.
• Additional HSE responsibilities such as workplace inspections, hazard / incident reports, permit issues, toolbox talks and safety observations.
• Ensure all scheduled works are completed within the given timeframe.
• Maintenance of relevant site documentation.
• Essential criteria
• Be a qualified Carpenter, Cabinetmaker or hold another relevant Trade Certificate.
• Sound understanding of HSEQ.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Capable of working within a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
• Excellent client liaison skills with the ability to communicate professionally with external stakeholders.
• Outstanding organisation skills.
