• About the Role

Our Operations team is in need of a casual Warehouse Assistant who will be responsible for facilitating the smooth day-to-day operations of the ASI Warehouse moving stocks within and outside the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation, labelling, storage and presentation of product and cleanliness of the warehouse premises.

• Key responsibilities include
• Assisting the Warehouse Manager in carrying out daily warehouse functions such as :
• Picking and packing of goods,
• Loading / unloading of parcels and bulk freight either manually or by using lifting equipment.
• Receive / verify incoming materials by inspection of quality / condition and documenting distribution
• Packaging items to be shipped, stocking items after receiving
• Driving of forklift to pull items for shipping and for storage after shipping
• Performs paperwork for shipping and maintaining an inventory record
• Demonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to health & safety in the workplace.
• A bit about you
• Current Forklift and Driver's licence
• Previous experience as a warehouse storeperson or similar role
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage time and resources in a high energy environment
• High level of written and verbal English.
