Senior Centre Manager – Lead, Inspire & Grow in Early Childhood Education

Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Centre Manager looking to expand your experience and knowledge?

Do you thrive in a leadership role that empowers children, families, and educators alike? This is your opportunity to lead a multi-site Senior Centre Manager role for a 46-54 place centre only 5 minutes apart in Parramatta, driving excellence in early childhood education.

About the Role

As the Senior Centre Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the centre’s operations, leading a passionate team while ensuring outstanding outcomes for children and families. This is a hands-on leadership role , perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring, coaching, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and other regulations.
Build strong relationships with families, educators, and the wider community.
Foster a positive workplace culture , supporting educators through training and mentorship.
Lead the Assessment and Rating process with confidence.
Implement high-quality educational programs that support children’s development.
Drive business growth, boosting enrolments and enhancing operational efficiency .

Our Ideal Candidate

In-depth knowledge of early childhood education regulations & best practices .

At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within the sector.

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor’s degree highly desirable).

A hands-on, mentoring approach , leading by example.

Strong interpersonal skills , with a passion for building relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & early childhood management systems (e.g., Line Leaders, OWNA).
