  • As our Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right-hand person to our Store Manager and an integral part of our retail family. Your role will be as dynamic as it is fun, with responsibilities including : _
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations, from ensuring the store is visually stunning to managing inventory and optimising product displays._
  • Leading and motivating our amazing sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment._
  • Delivering top-notch customer service and going above and beyond to make every customer's visit memorable._
  • Problem-solving like a superhero, resolving challenges and making quick, effective decisions._
  • Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets._
  • Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team_
  • Deliver business objectives_
