Looking for a pro-active, approachable EA to CEO for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract in the technical renewable energy space.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, professional customer service to internal and external clients. Your key responsibilities will include :
Managing the diaries of the CEO, occasional ad-hoc support to other Senior stakeholdersReconciling Credit Cards monthly, working closely with the Finance team on month-end reports.Providing general administration support for the team, including creating PowerPoint presentations, formatting documents, and managing meeting room bookingsCoordinating domestic and international travel, event coordination (including end of year celebrations), and managing document execution processesSupporting HR with on-boarding processesComfortable with complex processes and an innovative approach to streamlining theseTo be successful in this role, you will have :
Experience in providing Executive Assistance to C-Suite level for a minimum of 2 + yearsStrong organizational skills, well-developed verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to work successfully within a team environment.High level of attention to detail, an ability to prioritize, and strong stakeholder management skills.Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skillsExperience in the renewable energy space is desired but not essential.
