We currently have an opportunity for a

  • Change Manager.
  • Join our Government Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading organisational change initiatives that drive employee adoption, minimise disruption, and maximise the long-term benefits of strategic transformation projects. Reporting to General Manager Operational Transformation, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
  • What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including :

  • Lead the delivery of change management activities using a structured yet flexible approach, including the creation and execution of change management plans to support key transformation initiatives.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communications, tailoring messaging to various audiences and ensuring alignment and support for change across all levels of the organisation.
  • Assess change impact and readiness, identifying risks, potential resistance, and mitigation strategies to support smooth adoption and minimise disruption.
  • Collaborate with project and HR teams to design and deliver training, coaching, and communication programs that support employee transition and capability building.Develop and track success metrics, including establishing a benefits realisation framework to measure and sustain the long-term outcomes of the transformation.
  • What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience leading large-scale change using structured methodologies like PROSCI, ideally in agile environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strategic and adaptable mindset with a proactive and outcome-focused approach.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics and commercial drivers.Hands-on change delivery expertise across planning, communications, training, and benefits realisation.
