Recruitment Coordinator

Tidal Recruitment Partners Specialise in the Recruitment of staff specifically for the education sector. We partner with schools, colleges, universities and private education providers to recruit for professional services staff in permanent, temporary and contract roles - from student services officers to CEO's.

• Duties
• Write and post job advertisements for current job vacancies
• Update all records on the database
• Will ideally have prior experience working within recruitment although not essential
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet KPI's and deadlines
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business and our clients
• Ability to be able to multitask, managing competing priorities and deadlines
• Will have excellent writing skills
• Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft packages
• Resilient, with a can-do attitude
