This position requires an employee to take direction from management, work in a professional and fast paced environment and communicate well with all guests and fellow employees.
Experience in this role, or similar, working in a quality establishment / business
Strong knowledge of food, wine and other beverages
Excellent customer service skills
Passionate about customer service & hospitality
Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
Well presented and punctual
Good communication & organisational skills along with sound decision making
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Seven Rooms experience
Hold a valid RSA
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends (no Sundays)
