- Associate Director, Group Strategy role reporting to a Head of Group Strategy you will
- Deliver strategic analysis on business issues with a consideration of customer, financial, risk and other impacts
- Synthesise findings and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations
- Partner with colleagues across Business Units and Enabling Units to ensure their strategies and priorities align with the Group's strategy
- Lead strategy projects and provide coaching and support to junior team members
- Develop a detailed understanding of the banking industry and trends, including implications for NAB
- What you'll bring
- Demonstrated customer 'obsession'
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, likely developed at a strategy consulting firm, in-house strategy team or investment bank (and / or similar related experience)
- Strong business partnering experience with the ability to engage, collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in managing strategy projects and teams
- Excellent written communication demonstrated by experience in drafting and contributing to board level presentation and reports
- Proficiency in developing financial models and strategic frameworks
- A positive attitude and strong motivation for continuous learning and development
- Relevant tertiary qualification
