• Associate Director, Group Strategy role reporting to a Head of Group Strategy you will
• Deliver strategic analysis on business issues with a consideration of customer, financial, risk and other impacts
• Synthesise findings and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations
• Partner with colleagues across Business Units and Enabling Units to ensure their strategies and priorities align with the Group's strategy
• Lead strategy projects and provide coaching and support to junior team members
• Develop a detailed understanding of the banking industry and trends, including implications for NAB
• What you'll bring
• Demonstrated customer 'obsession'
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, likely developed at a strategy consulting firm, in-house strategy team or investment bank (and / or similar related experience)
• Strong business partnering experience with the ability to engage, collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in managing strategy projects and teams
• Excellent written communication demonstrated by experience in drafting and contributing to board level presentation and reports
• Proficiency in developing financial models and strategic frameworks
• A positive attitude and strong motivation for continuous learning and development
• Relevant tertiary qualification
