We're looking for a motivated and collaborative Advisor to join our team and help shape the future of work at DCS.Reporting to the Associate Director Enablement, as an Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering DCS-wide employee experience programs that make a real difference to our people.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our services are engaging, inclusive, and data-informed.What You'll DoContribute to the design and delivery of employee experience programs that align with DCS's strategic priorities.Facilitate agile ceremonies and support delivery teams in your role as a Scrum Master.Develop high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and reports using Microsoft 365 tools.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through analytics and visualisation.Support business process mapping and service design activities to improve internal services.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and impact.What We're Looking ForExperience working in agile teams, ideally with Scrum Master responsibilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.Experience in business process mapping or service design is highly desirable.Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for improving the employee experience.Why Work With Us?At DCS, we're committed to creating a workplace that reflects the diversity of the community we serve.
