• Develop and implement recruitment advertisements and procedures
• Maintain a successful and ongoing recruitment campaign
• Evaluate resumes against selection criteria and job requirements
• Conduct phone screening where necessary and applicable
• Conduct reference checking

The successful applicant will have the following qualifications, experiences and skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills

Proven work experience as a Recruiter

Hands on experience with various selection processes ie; interviewing and reference checks

Must be proactive with a high attention to details

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good organisational skills and the desire to drive process efficiently

Ability to communicate with members of staff on various levels
