Permanent Childcare Educator | CorindaJourney Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Educator to join our Corindateam in supporting the planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, for all children.Centre Overview : Our story relates around vision- It is through collaboration with our children that we will authentically embed their voices within our learning environment.Our centre has established strong ties and a significant presence in the Corinda community, largely due to the children's input in decision-making processes within the centre.

This is a result of our commitment to our Journey approach to education and care and our centre vision not only enhances the children's development but also strengthens our community bonds, as families see their children thrive in an environment that respects and celebrates individuality.About the role : This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.As our new Childcare Permanent Educator, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.

You will support and guide children's learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector.

As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.Key Responsibilities : Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesFacilitatelearning experiences for your allocated group of childrenAssisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferencesDesign and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program.Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environmentAbout you : You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines.
