A ltus Group is currently accepting applications for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our Development Advisory team in Brisbane Australia.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Development Advisory the Quantity Surveyor is passionate about helping clients manage their construction costs. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in ensuring financial efficiency through the various stages of construction. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team with a core focus in the Public Health Sector with a steady stream of small to large variety of projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed cost analyses estimates cost plans and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Completion of full trade and elemental take-off;
• Measuring quantities for variations and managing risks in relation to changes;
• Undertake site visit and complete valuations of work complete on site;
• Prepare cash flows;
• Managing client relations and assist in establishing a clients requirements;
• Provide expert advice on cost-effective construction methods and materials.
• Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies.
