Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative with experience working with customers to come and join our rapidly growing business.

Razorback 4x4 / Zervi Australia run online retail and wholesale stores selling seat covers and camping gear to the 4WD community. We are looking to expand our business and will need your help to do so.

• Duties will include
• Answering the phones
• Managing the live chat service on our website
• Assisting customers visiting the showroom
• Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicle
• Coordinating with the dispatch team for customer returns
• Basic administrative tasks to help maintain the retail sales platforms
• Assisting the sales account manager with B2B customers
• Researching potential new customers for B2B opportunities

Pay : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
