Warehouse And Logistics Assistant

Lifestyle Bakery is a long established and market leading company providing a unique selection of high-quality bread and baked goods. We are currently experiencing growth across multiple market segments.

Our bakery located in Pooraka SA currently require a dedicated and motivated Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to join our friendly and close-knit team of professionals across our 24-hour bread manufacturing plant.

This role is Full time, 76 hours per fortnight. Start time is Monday 08.30 am, Tuesday to Friday 9 am.

• have a current driver's license
• Forklift License is essential
• Some of the tasks you will perform are
• Preparation of orders for despatch
• Load finished goods on trucks
• Make sure all paperwork is completed and correct
• Unload incoming supplies, checking documentation to make sure purchase orders match
• Stacking finished goods pallets in correct order for despatch
• Stock rotation in warehouse and weekly stock counts
• Move stock to warehouse next door
• Assist pallet wrapper with wrapping and documentation
• Assist with staff training
• Experience / Qualification
• Certificate 3 in Warehousing Operations would be advantageous but not essential
• Forklift license Essential
• 2 or more years of experience
• Remuneration
• Dependent on level of experience
