What you'll be doing Develop and deliver tailored health promotion programs that address the unique needs of the Robinvale community Collaborate with key stakeholders, including local government, community groups and other health services, to identify and respond to community health priorities Design and implement effective health education and awareness campaigns to promote healthy behaviours and lifestyles Monitor and evaluate the impact of health promotion activities, and use data to continuously improve program delivery Contribute to the development of organisational health promotion strategies and policies Provide expert advice and support to the broader health service team on health promotion best practices What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as health promotion, public health or community development Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and evaluating community-based health promotion programs Strong understanding of the social determinants of health and a commitment to addressing health inequities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships Proficient in data analysis and utilising evidence to inform program planning and decision making Proven project management skills, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for improving the health and wellbeing of diverse communities What we offer At Robinvale District Health Services, we are committed to supporting our employees' growth and development.
