In this role, you'll play a vital part in implementing and managing our risk management processes and frameworks, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless collaboration across teams – You will also :
Lead, and enhance our Major Hazard Program, ensuring critical controls are identified and continuously verified.Develop, and maintain the HSE Risk Management Framework, tools and processes.Facilitate comprehensive HSE Risk Assessments including Bowtie analysis and team-based risk evaluations.Develop educational material and resources to promote awareness and understanding of risk management.Accountable for implementation of risk strategies and performance of critical controls.Embed HSE Risk Registers for regulatory compliance.Foster a strong safety culture through coaching, training and leadership engagement.Monitor and analyse risk data, and effectiveness, prepare reports to Senior Management.Coordinate safety programs, audits, and communications with operational leaders and frontline teams.Be part of the solution
Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.Practical experience in risk management, preferably within the mining or industrial sector.Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, industry standards and critical control management principles.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in risk management software and data analytics tools is an advantage.To be considered for this role, you must have permanent full working rights in Australia.
