About the role :

With a healthy pipeline of future exploration activity, we've recently hired an additional team member - and are now ready for someone else to come and join us.

• Staff position, so you will still accrue annual & sick leave.
• Good prospects for extension, or permanent opportunity.

Whilst this role will be based out of the West Perth Office, regular travel to our exploration projects will be a requirement of this position, with an 8 / 6 or 2 / 1 roster required, depending on the project.

As a valued team member, you'll be ensuring that our exploration programs are carried out in a safe, efficient manner to a high technical standard.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Assist in tenement management and maintenance planning and executing field-based exploration activities.
• Maintain the highest standards of data collection consistent with JORC Code 2012.
• Interpret and report exploration results.
• Assist the Chief Geologist in identifying exploration targets and new opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you will need :

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience including field-based exploration work.
• Working knowledge of GIS systems Experience or exposure to a mine production environment.
• Ability to work autonomously in remote locations.
• Flexibility to conduct regular field visits.
