  • THE OPPORTUNITY
  • We are seeking a Digital Workplace Analyst to join our IT team on a permanent basis in our Perth office. As a Digital Workplace Analyst your role will be to provide quality L2 technical support and troubleshooting to our Partners and staff, including resolving any hardware problems.
  • You will also be responsible for : - Responding to tickets, troubleshooting and resolving hardware problems in a timely manner within agreed service levels and in accordance with firm policies-
  • Configuring, deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting laptops and mobile devices-
  • Asset management, inventory and disposal-
  • Identifying, logging and resolving technical problems and faulty hardware with end-user services and vendors-
  • Setting up and removing IT equipment from offices, workstations, meeting rooms and courts-
  • Support Video conferencing in meeting rooms Proactive support using Nexthink-
  • Supporting and enforcing information technology policies
  • SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent personal communication skills with the ability to communicate on a non-technical level-
  • 12 months in a Level 1 or more senior IT support role or equivalent or Degree, Diploma or equivalent in relevant information technology tertiary education-
  • Very solid technical skills with client software, e.g., Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook / Exchange, VPN software-
  • Good technical hardware knowledge with laptops, desktops, printers, routers, iPhones-
  • Strength of knowledge in telecommunications, network and NT server
