You'll play a key role in helping Australians secure their homes — guiding them through the deposit bond process with clarity, urgency, and care.

What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional phone and email support with speed and empathyGuide customers and brokers through the application process end-to-endConduct due diligence checks in line with underwriting guidelinesManage and follow up on active applications with ownership and urgencyCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimise the customer journeyMake outbound calls to follow up on digital leads and drive engagementIdentify and help remove roadblocks in processes and systemsWhat You Bring
2–3+ years in a phone-based, customer-facing role (banking, lending, or finance preferred)Strong written and verbal communication — clear, warm, and confidentOrganised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing prioritiesTech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools (CRM experience ideal)A proactive, solution-focused mindset and team-first attitudePrevious experience in mortgages, lending, or property finance is highly regardedReady to join a purpose-led business helping Australians get into property faster?
