• Room Leaders
• Diploma-Qualified Educators
• or those working towards), to join our team at Hammond Park West.
• For Educators, duties include
• Collaborating closely with other educators to provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children.
• Providing day-to-day care, supervision, and education, contributing to the daily schedule.
• Creating positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the community.
• For Room Leaders, duties include
• Work in partnership with the Education Leader to deliver a high-quality educational program based on the Buttercups Pedagogy Standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance and inspiration to educators in your team.
• Promote children's well-being and provide a safe and secure environment.
• Acting as a Responsible Person at times when the Centre Manager is absent from the Centre, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration ensuring the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care to children and their families.
• What you'll bring
• Diploma (or working towards), or ACECQA approved Equivalent.
• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• A warm and caring personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
• Copy of your Qualification
• Copy of your Working with Children Check
• Work Rights Evidence (Passport, Visa details, birth certificate)
